The task
A developer's apartment on Raiņa bulvāris had been on the market for about four years without a buyer.
What we did
We designed the apartment so that it could be launched as a short-term rental straight away — with the same approach we use for the apartments we manage ourselves.
The result
As soon as the design was finished, the apartment was sold.
Many things influence a sale. This is what happened in this project, not a promise for every property.
