Can I use only your cleaning service?
Yes. Cleaning, linen, apartment checks and maintenance can be ordered separately or combined, without full management.
How involved do I need to be?
It is up to you. With Full Service Management we handle everything day to day; with on-site services you keep the listings and guests and we do the work in the apartment.
Do you only design rentals?
No. We also design homes to live in and apartments that developers want to sell. Our rental experience makes those designs more practical.
Can you help when a property needs a design update?
Yes — from a styling refresh to a full redesign.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We offer flexible agreements based on your goals and comfort level.
