Entered independently from a gated inner courtyard, Marijas Courtyard is a composed one-bedroom residence for two in central Riga. High ceilings, architectural mouldings and bespoke joinery frame a calm living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a 160 × 200 cm bed and an outdoor table for two. Arrival is self-directed via coded gate and smart lock, with thoughtful provisions prepared for your stay.

Marijas Courtyard is an entire private residence for a maximum of two guests.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the residence and its independent entrance. The landscaped inner courtyard is shared with other residents; the table and two chairs beside the residence are reserved for Marijas Courtyard guests.
Entry is via a coded main gate followed by a smart lock at the residence door. Time-limited access details and illustrated arrival instructions are sent before check-in. Please do not share access codes or admit unregistered visitors.
Other things to note
Marijas Courtyard is located within a residential inner courtyard. Please keep voices and music low, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00.
One exterior security camera monitors the main gate/entrance and the courtyard table area. It does not view the interior of the residence and does not record audio.
The courtyard is shared with neighbouring residents. The residence accommodates a maximum of two registered guests; parties, events, visitors, smoking and pets are not permitted.
