The space

Welcome to your bright and cozy home in the heart of Riga! This stylish two-level loft apartment (the ceiling height in the lofted bedroom is approximately 1.3 meters / 4.3 feet) was beautifully renovated in 2020 with high-quality EGGER wood materials, creating a perfect base for any city traveler.

The main floor features a combined living and dining area bathed in natural light, with lovely views towards Elisabeth Street and complete privacy from surrounding buildings. The living room includes a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a double bed for extra guests.

A staircase leads to the unique lofted sleeping area, where you will find:
