The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring an induction hob, oven, and fridge/freezer.

A Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother, a toaster, and a tea kettle are also provided.

Bedroom (Mezzanine):

Up the stairs in the mezzanine, you will find the comfortable bedroom, which includes a queen-size orthopedic mattress (160x190 cm).

A second LG Smart TV with Netflix is also located in the bedroom.

Bathroom:

The modern bathroom features underfloor heating, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Key Amenities:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire studio apartment. The apartment is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of the building, and there is a lift for easy access with your luggage. While there is no on-site parking, paid parking options are available nearby.

Please be aware of the steep stairs. The bed is located on the second floor. The second floor height is only 130 cm. Please note that this space may be less comfortable for taller individuals due to height limitations.
